SHIPPING POLICY

I'm still new at Shipping Internationally and online orders, so please let me know if there's anything you think I can improve in this process. As an eco-conscious company, please note that shipped items are often shipped in re-used, recycled and re-purposed plastic packaging so it won't always look super pretty, but your items will arrive well-padded and packed diligently. Please keep on eye on the Shop banner for any shipping offers and location updates.

Here's a standard Shipping Policy, however, remember as a small artist run business, I personally post, pack and make all your purchases, so if there are any issues, please do contact me through the Contact & About page because your order matters to me.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-15 business days. Please note that this includes Made to Order Manufacturing as most items require hand crafting and custom attention.  

 

Shipments and Deliveries will occur during Monday to Friday Business Days. 

Should there be a high volume of orders or problems with your order, you will be contacted immediately of any delays in the creation of your order. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Michelle JK Arts' preferred shipping company is Australia Post.

Domestic Delivery is estimated to take 3-15 days

International Delivery is Expected to take 5-25days

Fees and Charges are displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking Numbers will be sent to you as soon as the parcel is sent and these are confirmed.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Michelle JK Arts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Michelle JK Arts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

However, Please contact me if there are issues, damages or problems. We can try to find a solution together. As a small business I care about the condition of my creations and your happiness with them, so it's important to me to find out what went wrong.

As a small artist run business, customer care is extremely important to me so please don't hesitate to reach out if you experience any issues with your orders or purchases. Below is a standard Return Policy as per Australian Consumer Law demands and as a proudly Australian Business, I adhere to all ACC Laws, complying with consumer laws and enhancing customer trust. 

As a small business with trust and quality as a cornerstone, if you have any problems don't hesitate to reach out even if it's outside of the standard return policy details as each situation is different and I would still like to personally attend to your queries.

Michelle JK Arts' Return Policy

At Michelle JK Arts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy to help you return your items. Please read the following guidelines carefully.
1. Return Period
You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging and tags.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items
    3. How to Initiate a Return
    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at [Customer Service Email] to request a return authorization.

  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.

  • Print the label and attach it to your package.

  • Send the item back to us using the label provided.
    4. Refunds
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
    5. Exchanges

    Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
